Delete Your Science Basket Account
Science Basket users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request account deletion, email iiphlabs@gmail.com using the email address registered with your Science Basket account. Use the subject line “Science Basket Account Deletion Request” and include your registered name, email address and phone number.
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymise the user account and associated profile information, including the registered name, email address, phone number and saved addresses.
Certain transaction information, invoices, payment references and order records may be retained where required for taxation, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. Payment card or UPI credentials are not stored by Science Basket and are handled by the applicable payment provider.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
