Science Basket supports payment methods made available at checkout through our configured payment providers.
Accepted Payments
Available methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods supported by the payment gateway. Availability can vary by transaction, provider and customer.
Payment Processing
Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. A payment shown as pending or failed should not be assumed successful until the order/payment status is confirmed.
Duplicate or Debited Payment
If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, first allow time for the banking/payment network to update. If the issue remains, contact us with the order/payment reference. Do not share OTPs, PINs, CVVs or passwords with Science Basket support.
Refunds
Approved online-payment refunds will normally be initiated through the original payment channel. Actual credit time depends on the bank, UPI provider, card network or payment gateway.
Fraud Prevention
Orders or payments may be held for reasonable verification where unusual, incomplete or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.
