Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, supplier and brand. A product is covered only where a warranty is expressly stated for that item.
Warranty Coverage
If a product page, invoice, packaging or manufacturer documentation specifies a warranty, the stated warranty conditions and period apply. Some low-cost components, consumables, project materials and clearance products may not carry a separate warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, warranty does not cover misuse, accidental or physical damage, incorrect wiring, over-voltage/current, reverse polarity, liquid exposure, burning, soldering damage, modification, unauthorised repair, normal wear, consumables or use outside specified conditions.
How to Claim
Contact us with your order number, description of the problem and supporting photographs/video. We may request troubleshooting or direct you to the manufacturer/service provider where the warranty is manufacturer-managed.
Resolution
Depending on the applicable warranty and inspection, resolution may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement or another remedy available under the relevant warranty and applicable law.
