Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. Once an order has been packed, handed to a courier or specially prepared/procured, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is accepted after payment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where feasible.
Damaged, Defective, Missing or Wrong Item
Contact us promptly after delivery if you receive an item that is damaged in transit, materially defective on arrival, missing from the parcel or different from what was ordered. Keep the product, accessories and packaging while the request is reviewed. We may request photographs, video, serial/batch information or reasonable troubleshooting.
Return Eligibility
Returns/replacements are subject to inspection and the nature of the product. Items should generally be unused and returned with supplied accessories and packaging unless the issue itself required reasonable testing. Items damaged through misuse, incorrect wiring, soldering, physical alteration, reverse polarity, over-voltage, water damage or improper installation are not treated as transit/manufacturing defects.
Change of Mind / Compatibility
Returns solely because the customer changed their mind, ordered an incompatible component, selected the wrong size/specification or no longer needs the item are not automatically guaranteed. Contact us before returning anything; eligibility will depend on the product condition and applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where feasible. Bank/payment-gateway processing time is outside our direct control and may take additional business days after initiation. Shipping or other non-recoverable charges may be handled according to the reason for return and applicable law.
Do Not Send Without Approval
Please contact Science Basket and obtain return instructions before sending a product back. Unauthorised returns may delay identification and resolution.
