Products & Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, photographs, specifications, compatibility, prices and availability accurate. Educational, electronic and project products can have manufacturing revisions or supplier variations. Minor differences that do not materially change the intended function may occur.
Pricing & Orders
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts and other charges will be shown where applicable. An order may be cancelled or corrected before fulfilment in case of an obvious pricing error, stock discrepancy, payment failure, suspected fraud or other genuine operational error. If payment was captured for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Please check product compatibility, voltage, dimensions, age suitability and technical requirements before ordering.
Educational & Electronic Products
Some products require adult supervision, tools, soldering, electricity, batteries or technical knowledge. Follow manufacturer instructions and normal safety precautions. Science Basket is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, modification, improper installation or use outside the stated purpose.

Science Basket branding, original graphics, website content and original materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
